Leon Kuperman is an Operating Advisor with Pilot Growth Equity. His advisory focus is on helping Pilot’s portfolio companies scale their technology and product capabilities.
By way of background, Leon is a technology executive with over 20 years of experience in product management, software design and development. He is an authority on Web Application Security and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), e-commerce, cloud computing and web application architecture.
In addition to his work with Pilot, Leon is currently Chief Technology Officer of CAST.AI – an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) company that is making it simpler and less expensive to deploy and run multi-cloud clusters. Previous to CAST.AI, Leon was co-founder / CTO of ZenEdge – a Pilot portfolio company that was acquired by Oracle in 2018.
Leon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from York University as well as a purple belt in Brazilian Jujitsu.
